3. Products & Custom Orders
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including colors, materials, and dimensions, as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and differences in display settings. Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp, our inquiry form, or email, where we share pricing and details directly with you. For custom and personalized orders, it is your responsibility to review all personalization details (spelling, dates, engravings) carefully before confirming your order, as production begins shortly after your order is confirmed and paid.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided directly to you as part of your personalized quote after you reach out via WhatsApp, our inquiry form, or email. We accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, and international Alipay. When paying via PayPal, your payment is covered by PayPal’s Buyer Protection, giving you added peace of mind when ordering from us for the first time. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and enters production. We do not process payments directly through this website; payment is arranged securely and directly with our team.
5. Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines vary by destination; delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and most other countries typically takes around 15 business days after your order ships.
If you are ordering a ready-made (non-personalized) item, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, simply contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging within 14 days of your withdrawal request.
Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and, in accordance with applicable law, are not eligible for withdrawal or return once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
